Once your order is placed, it typically takes 1–3 business days to process your items.

Orders placed Monday to Thursday usually begin processing the same or next business day.

Orders placed on Friday evenings or weekends will be processed the following Monday.
After processing, your order is shipped internationally and generally arrives within 4–10 business days.
During peak periods (such as summer sales, holidays, or other high-demand promotions), delivery may take up to 22 business days. While we aim for reliable and timely delivery, delays caused by the shipping provider, peak holiday traffic, or severe weather are unfortunately outside of our control.

Placing an order on our website is easy and secure:

🚀 Order Dispatch & Fulfilment
Once you’ve found that perfect look, we want to get it to you as quickly as possible. Here’s how we handle shipping:

To maintain affordable prices and reduce waste, we ship many of our products directly from our global partners, including fulfillment centers in China.

We group orders in bulk to ship more efficiently and reduce our environmental impact. This also helps keep costs low for our customers.

This approach may occasionally result in slightly longer delivery times. We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us build a more sustainable e-commerce experience.
While we always aim to ship with UPS for reliable and trackable service, in some cases, once the parcel reaches its local destination region, the final delivery may be handled by another courier partner (such as Canada Post or similar).
This flexibility ensures your order reaches you in the fastest and most efficient way possible. Tracking details will remain active and updated, regardless of which courier completes the final delivery.
